Our mission is to show up for the people who show up for us and our communities
Since 2016, we have been dedicated to our 1st Responders through Peer Support and therapeutic services. Additionally, we prioritize the well-being of their family members as part of our commitment to their overall support.
Thanks to a generous 2025 grant from the LOR Foundation, we’ve built a trusted, responder-driven network of support that spans agencies, uniforms, and county lines. What started as a local effort has grown into a regional coalition connecting more than six counties across Northern Colorado—bringing together firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, dispatchers, and other first responders to ensure no one faces the challenges of the job alone.
In a region where specialized mental health resources for first responders are often limited, this network provides accessible, confidential, and sustainable peer support when it matters most.
